New Experiment for the next 30 Days

So today I want to tell you all about my results from this week and tell you about the experiment that I am conducting over the next thirty days.

So I mentioned last week that I was pleased with the results from my first 30 days. The pictures showed a tightening of the skin and reduction in inches. I was hoping to see more results on the scale but I am definitely happy about my results.

So since I saw results but of course I know there can be more I am doing an experiment on myself. This month I will be eating clean. In reality the way we should always eat. But I will be making a huge effort to eliminate things like wheat and dairy and sugar from my daily habits. I will also be still sticking to my 8 hr intermittent fasting window.
For the last 30 days I have been doing my intermittent fasting but not necessarily monitoring what I was eating. I wanted to see if the new products would work without many changes.
Most of us realize that if we eliminate certain foods from our diet we feel better and function better, and a side effect can be weight and inch reduction. Eliminating sugar can be very difficult for many people so just to be clear I am eliminating refined sugars. I will be getting natural sugars from things like fruit and I will put honey in my tea.

Sugar is like cocaine in its addictive properties and with what it does to the brain. Once we get a little the body loves the effect and wants more. It is a feel good sensation and we just can’t get enough. For this reason I am always coaching people to break up with sugar. We need to use food for fuel and not for pleasure. Unfortunately most of us turn to food for comfort when we are down or hurt or sad, but we also use food when we are happy and celebrating too. The best thing we can do is change our relationship with food sugar especially. There are many ways that this is achievable. There are many different methods that can be used. Meditation is one, a strict food elimination diet is another. There is something for everyone but everyone is different. You need to discover what will work for you.
