I started my alternative healing business in 2008 using devices to reduce pain and help with relaxation and rejuvenation.  Today, I still provide these services as they are a part of living a healthy lifestyle. I added weight loss coaching after successfully shedding 35 pounds; believing that program was one that needed to be shared.  I have developed my method for weight management and sustainable healthy lifestyles through both my journey and the many clients I helped to shed their unwanted pounds and inches. Today my method incorporates nutritional education, essential oils and supplements; all working together to shed pounds, reduce pain, increase energy and improve sleep.
