Challenge results and 5 Things That affect our Metabolism

So today I want to tell you all about my results from this week and talk about the things that affect metabolism.

So this week I again didn’t see the scale go down but I was not as disappointed as last week.  I did see reduced inches again so that is always great. I can honestly say that I have seen a great impact on my energy this week too. I managed 5 16hr days and 1 8hr day of work last week and I got about the same amount of sleep that I normally do so a really good week. I also feel thinner.

Ok  so today I want to tell you a little bit about the things that affect our metabolism.

  • The first is high stress levels
  • The second thing is lack of exercise
  • The third thing is lack of quality sleep
  • The fourth thing is nutrient deficiencies
  • And lastly is the exposure to toxins

All of these things contribute to our metabolism.

But don’t be discouraged there are things that we can do like the products that I am using to help with all of the above issues.
