The Results from Week One of the 30 day Challenge

So today I want to tell you all about my Results from this week.

So I am very happy to report that I had an awesome first week. It was very easy to incorporate the system into my daily habits.
 
Well I am very happy to report that I am down 3 lbs and so was my accountability partner we also both were down inches too. Feeling more energy and definitely less appetite not feeling as nibily in the afternoon.  
Did you know that it is said that you should be having about half your weight in grams of protein per day, as well as half your weight in ounces of water everyday. Most people mistake thirst for hunger and don’t get enough water in during the day.

The products are easy to take and the ones you mix in water taste great.
This week will be interesting as I am getting back to a more normal schedule after being away. So we will have to see what the week brings. I will be doing a deeper dive into the product in a followup video so stay tuned.
