I had tried many different ways to lose weight over the years.
When I finally changed the way that I was eating was when it started to happen for me.
I learned about macros and started eating using mainly protein and vegetables.
Using good supplements to ensure I was getting the proper nutrition and a great protein meal replacement to make sure I was getting enough protein in the day. This allowed me to take off the 50 lbs that I was trying to get rid of.

The biggest thing I had was my why the goal I had set for myself.
In the beginning it is easy to stick to a program because there seams to be a sense of urgency because you are fired up about shedding weight unfortunately this sense of urgency does go away but we need to keep going back to our why.
The 2nd thing that helped was accountability. When you are reporting in once a week and keeping a journal of what you have been eating and how you have felt it helps to keep you on target.
The third thing was meditation and Tapping.
I was using a mantra meditation at the time. I also used tapping or EFT emotional Freedom Technique.
Tapping is a great way to meditate if you don’t know how to meditate. I use the tapping solution app on my phone now.
So these are three of the big things that I did while I was trying to reach my goal.
So if you are not keeping a journal at least keep a food diary so you know what you are eating and I highly recommend tapping and meditation.
