Drinking around 3 quarts of water daily can help flush out toxins, improve muscle growth, and even stave off those pesky food cravings.
Plus, it's an easy habit to start. Just keep a water bottle with you and sip throughout the day. Your body will thank you!
Next up, waking up earlier. 🌞 I know, I know, it's tough, especially if you're a night owl. But getting up early can help regulate your circadian rhythm, making it easier to fall asleep at night and feel more energized during the day.
Try setting your alarm just 15 minutes earlier each day until you find your sweet spot. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel!
Alright, let's talk fiber. 🥗 The average North American gets only about 1/5th of the recommended daily allowance of fiber. Fiber is essential for balancing out your carbs and is crucial for weight loss. Decades of science have shown that fiber helps promote healthy bowel movements, reduce inflammation, and even recycle cholesterol. So, load up on those veggies, fruits, and whole grains!
